help you reconnect with the earth and re-root into
your soul through yoga, nature, and sistership.
Beyond the mat, adventure calls. With our private
local guide, we’ll explore Costa Rica’s raw beauty,
hidden beaches, jungle waterfalls, and
unforgettable excursions that immerse you in the
magic of the land.
This is more than a yoga retreat. It’s a re-rooting: a
chance to remember who you are as a sovereign
being, to feel nurtured by the earth, and to create
bonds that last far beyond the journey.

The Resort
Los Sueños
Jungle backdrops and ocean views.
Los Sueños is a luxury private residential resort, golf
club, and marina that offers 1,100-acre master-
planned community nestled along the Pacific Coast.
Marina Village offers shops and restaurants, and a
600-acre rainforest reserve. The area is renowned for
its upscale amenities, and proximity to Carara
National Park. This tropical paradise is surrounded by
lush rainforest and overlooks the Herradura Bay.
